Public Satisfaction Index (IKM)

One of the results of the Data Needs Survey (SKD) is the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM). This indicator measures the level of consumer satisfaction with the services received by consumers at the Integrated Statistics Service (PST) of BPS Probolinggo Municipality.

In the third quarter of 2024, the PST of BPS Probolinggo Municipality had an IKM of 90.00. This figure shows that data consumers are very satisfied with the services provided by the PST of BPS Probolinggo Municipality.
