Consumer Price Index of Probolinggo Municipality February 2018

In February 2017, Probolinggo Municipality experienced inflation of 0.31 percent. Probolinggo Municipality Inflation in February 2017 occurred because of 7 (seven) expenditure groups, 6 (six) groups experienced inflation and 1 (one) group experienced deflation. This can be seen from the price increase shown by the increase of the price index in the foodstuff category by 0.32 percent, the finished food, beverage, cigarette & tobacco group by 0.23 percent, the housing, water, electricity, gas & fuel group 0.35 percent, clothing by 0.58 percent, health group by 0.52 and transport, communication and financial services group by 0.30 percent. The only expenditure group experiencing deflation is education, recreation and sports by 0.02 percent
