Abstract

In June 2021 there was a deflation of 0.17 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 105.09. Of the 8 CPI cities in East Java, 1 (one) city experienced inflation, while the other 7 cities experienced deflation. Inflation occurred in Malang City by 0.08 percent with a CPI of 104.49. The largest deflation occurred in Sumenep Regency at 0.58 percent with a CPI of 106.03, while the smallest deflation occurred in Jember Regency and Kediri City at 0.10 percent with a CPI of 106.46 and 106.13.
