March 23, 2020 | Other Activities
Corona Virus or COVID-19
has now spread to all provinces in Indonesia. Many activities have stopped
because of it. The outbreak of COVID-19 is also a concern of BPS. Based on BPS
Circular Letter No. 153 on March 20, 2020, BPS officially has implemented Work
From Home (WFH) activities for its employees.
Following a letter issued
by the main secretary, BPS-Probolinggo Municipality also began to arrange WFH
schedules for all its employees. This is applied in order to minimize the gathering
of employees in the office, so it is expected to be able to prevent the spread
of COVID-19. The WFH system began on March 23, 2020. While working from home,
employees are required to make an online presence through the Kaizala
Application. In addition, employees must also send daily reports to their direct
supervisor.
As long as the system works
from home, BPS-Probolinggo Municipality continues to provide public services
via email. For people who are constrained by filling out the Online Population
Census, BPS-Probolinggo Municipality also provides call center services through
the Whatsapp Application with the number 081133302200.
Another precaution taken by
BPS-Probolinggo Municipality is sterilization in the office environment. All
rooms are sprayed with disinfectant. Antiseptic are provided in front of the
room and hand washing facilities are provided outside the office. A thermal gun
is also prepared to measure the body temperature of employees and guests
entering the office. Health protocols are also applied to help break the chain
of COVID-19 spread.
Let's love ourselves and
family by carry out health protocols. Let’s break the chain of COVID-19 spread
for our safety together.
